Order fulfillment takes 3-5 business days and shipping may take up to 10-14 business days. 

Orders are processed almost immediately after you place them and then submitted to our production partners.

Some items are shipped directly from China. For multiple items ordered, they might be shipped in separate packages.

We process, ship, and deliver packages Monday through Friday.

Following the processing of your order, you will receive an email notification of these details, followed by your tracking details for shipments once it is available.

Processing time may be delayed if your shipping address is incorrect or the address isn’t verified by our address checker when processing your shipping label. In rare cases, we may require proof of identification for the billing information received.

In the event there is an issue you will receive an email notification of these details. Once you have placed your order we can not revise or alter shipping options.
