Print On Demand Notice: Please note that Chickenfeet.store operates as a Print On Demand store. Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges except if the item/s is damaged. If you have any questions or encounter issues with your products, please contact us via email at [email protected].

Refund and Returns Overview: Our refund and returns policy lasts for 14 days from the date of purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a  refund. 

Just note that Made – To – Order items are NOT eligible for refunds. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If the issue persists, contact your bank. If you have completed all these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us at [email protected].

Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at [email protected] and mail your item to 1317 Edgewater Drive Suite 4219, Orlando, FL 32804.

Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, a refund will be issued to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns: To return your product, mail it to 1317 Edgewater Drive Suite 4219, Orlando, FL 32804. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an expensive item, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
